  • Return and refund policy

    You may return any item purchased on tambutto.com within 30 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below:

    • Fill out the Return Form. This will enable you to initiate your return request which will be reviewed by our Customer Care team. Within 1 business day of submitting a request you will receive your Return Authorization by email, which is required for us to process your return.
    • Once you have received your Return Authorization please make sure the item(s) you wish return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to approve your return and issue a refund.
    • Our Customer Care team will provide additional instructions in the Return Authorization email to help you complete your return.

  • Shipping info

    The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. 
    Orders placed on tambutto.com will be shipped from our studio, depending on availability. For this reason, orders that include multiple items may be sent in multiple shipments.

    You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

    We offer flat rate shipping fees at checkout, and there will be no extra costs upon delivery (all orders placed on tambutto.com ship delivered-duty-paid). Shipments will be sent using either FedEx or DHL Express.

    Our shipping services will be suspended due to warehouse closures on certain U.S holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders placed on these days will not be processed until the following business day.

    All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipment.

    International Orders
    All orders shipped internationally will include a flat rate shipping fee, and may incur customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. For international orders shipped to the U.S. or countries within the EU that incur customs fees, duties, or taxes. For international orders shipped to countries, customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the recipient and will be calculated, displayed, and charged at checkout.

    International orders may require the customer to provide additional information to the carrier in order to ensure delivery. For this reason, you may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS text message to provide these details. If you are contacted in such a manner it does not mean that you have been subscribed or enrolled in any messaging service, nor that you will be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. The carrier will be unable to deliver your parcel without the additional details requested, and if you do not provide this information your parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

    Shipping Restrictions
    At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. Orders made to addresses in these areas will be canceled.
